Inventory
Our inventories will provide landlords with an accurate, comprehensive and detailed record of the condition and content properties. The inventory will provide details of fixtures and fittings in unfurnished, part furnished and fully furnished properties.
Our inventories are clear, detailed and user friendly. We provide a quick response; usually a signed inventory and copies are available within 24 hours. Hector can provide photographs free of charge.
Check in
At the start of tenancy we will go through the inventory, take meter readings and hand keys to new tenants.
Check out
At the end of the tenancy we shall again go through the inventory, checking for any damage and cleanliness. Take final meter readings and collect all keys from outgoing tenants and obtain forwarding address of the tenant(s).
