Welcome to Hector Services

We provide support services to letting agents, private landlords and their legal representatives. Our service
is flexible and can be provided daytime, evening and weekends. We operate in the Greater London area, our central location means we can respond quickly and promptly.

We provide inventories, undertake check ins, check outs and periodic inspections.

We also attend evictions.

Hector will serve Notices on behalf of Solicitors, same day, anywhere in the Greater London area.

We have full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Hector is a sole trader, managed by myself, Thomas Watkins. I have 20 years experience of working with landlords and tenants in both the public and private sector. I am also a member of the National Landlords Association.
